DELIVERY

We know how exciting it can be when you have ordered something fabulous and cannot wait for it to arrive.  Below is everything you need to know about when your garments will be delivered. 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Postage on orders over $100 is FREE within Australia and orders over $250 will be upgraded to FREE EXPRESS POST*. Orders under $100 will incur a postage and handling fee of $15.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive tracking information from Australia Post via their Tracknoreply@auspost.com.au email address, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.  Deliveries may take up to 10 business days.   

This service does not require a signature on delivery. The parcel will be left at the address provided (even if no one is home).  If you do not feel comfortable about this please contact us to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. 

Our online store does not carry its own stock and when you place an order we need to receive the stock from one of our stores.  If your order is delayed we will notify you as soon as possible.  

* Items purchased on sale or during promotions will not qualify for Express Post upgrades regardless of the total spend.  These orders will be sent by regular post unless otherwise stated.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

 To New Zealand - delivery is sent EXPRESS POST and is a flat fee of AUD$25.

New Zealand orders may take up to 15 business days.

For orders being sent to other international destinations there is a flat postage fee of AUD$35 that applies to all orders and all orders are sent EXPRESS.

Delivery times for other overseas locations will depend on your country’s postal network but an estimated delivery time is between 15-20 business days.

As the orders are sent via express post the addressee’s signature will be required on delivery for confirmation of arrival.

 Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may applied by customs in your country. You will be responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed by your country. To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable merchandise. You should contact your local customs offices to gain further information.

Roxanne Fashions will not be liable for deliveries outside the estimated times above.
